I'm an entrepreneur, executive coach, speaker, and father of three based in Downingtown, Pennsylvania — the heart of Chester County.

For the past two decades, I've led teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, building and scaling businesses in high-tech and digital innovation. My passion is helping people discover their true potential through coaching, accountability, and mentorship.

My Story

From Enterprise Tech to AI Transformation

I used to think I would have to double my hours to double my business — or hire a team of brilliant people to run everything relating to technology and operational efficiency.

Then I realized getting started with AI was easier than I thought. The technology has changed over the years, but the strategies are still the same: identify the bottleneck, automate the repetitive, and focus your human energy on what only humans can do.

I've spent the last 5 years deep in the AI ecosystem — from advising Vaizle (an AI-powered marketing analytics platform) to selling predictive analytics and AutoML at Qlik, to now working with Kodex on data protection for companies like OpenAI and LinkedIn.

Now I'm on a mission to help 1,000 business owners implement AI into their business — to buy back their time, help them work fewer hours so they can spend time with their families, go on vacation without fear their business will fall apart, and gain the superpowers to scale to record-breaking income years.

I'm a proud husband and father of three. Everything I do is driven by the belief that business should serve life — not the other way around.

When I'm not helping businesses implement AI, you'll find me surfing, trail running, mountain biking, or hiking with my kids. I believe being present is the most important thing a parent can do.

I also serve on the boards of Love-Water Inc (providing clean water access in Africa and Nicaragua), Young Life Chester County, and The Buddy Program. Giving back isn't separate from my work — it's central to it.
